Pathways Mentors
Who We Are
Pathways Mentors is a Recognized Student Organization at San Diego State University. We work to create a safe and inclusive environment for all students of different backgrounds and majors -- we strive to be a support system for everyone. We engage SDSU students in early professional development workshops, small group discussions, and fun bonding events. Our Story
In 2015, a team of dedicated student leaders started the groundwork for the Pathways Mentors with the purpose of building strong relationships between Pathways tutors, their students, and the community at large by assisting first-generation, low-income and underserved students with entrance and completion of higher education. We are focused on professional development, community outreach, and the scholarly growth of our members and those they work with.
In 2017, Pathways Mentors became recognized as an SDSU Student Organization
